Zecora Plush by Wolflessnight Zecora Plush by Wolflessnight
Finally she's done!

This is a plush of Zecora from the TV show "My Little Pony - Friendship is Magic". The plush is 14'' (35cm) tall, completely out minky and eyes and cutiemarks are machine embroidered. The stripes and were sewn on by hand (that was a really tedious work!).
Zecora took me nearly one week to finish.

Hope you like her!

Zecora is (c) Hasbro and Lauren Faust
Body pattern was made by :iconvalleyviolet:
Pattern for the head, tail, accessoires and stripes were made by me.

Sorry for the late reply! There are more ways to sew the stripes.
You can either sew them on and revolve the piece of fabeic (the stripe) with a zig-zag stitch at a low step (0.5mm per stitch or so). Or you can sew them in: Cut out the place where the stripe is supposed to be (after adding around 1/4 inch of seam allowance) and cut out the stripe plus seam allowance with the darker fabric. The seam allowances should overlap when you put the stripe on top of the cut. After that you can sew in the stripe piece into the lighter fabric, just like you would sew together any other piece of the plush. Just keep in mind the exact number of inches you use as seam allowance. Or else it'll get all wobbly and uneven.
Easy thing explained complicated. xD

Thank you very much! I used to buy them at "The Minky Boutique", but after they had run out of business, I switched to "Minky Delight".

Currently I'm not open for commission since I'm pretty busy with studying for university, but you could ask :iconsakutarugirly:, since he's open for commissions at the moment!
